"Thor: The Dark World" trailer is here!
Crazy to think this is only the fourth film that director Alan Taylor has done, he has done a lot of television and the transition couldn't have been that easy. However, everything I take from the trailer makes that transition look pretty good for him. Plus we get a lot Idris Elba, which you can't go wrong with. The film has more of Fantasy/Science Fiction feel than the last one, plus it looks a whole lot better than the first. I still don't like the forced relationship between Thor and Jane Foster (Portman) it just doesn't seem to make any sense at all. All in all this film looks a lot better than I expected.

"Thor: The Dark World" trailer
I do realise that this trailer is a little bit older than trailers I usually post, however due to the fact that my Internet has been down I haven't been able to post this as of yet. So here it is, the first trailer for the second instalment in the Thor franchise.

Chris Hemsworth talks He-Man rumours
You might remember a while ago I posted about Dolph Lundgren talking about possible actors for the upcoming "He-Man" movie, when asked about Hemsworth being He-Man I believe his words were "Yeah! That's a good idea. I'm onboard." Every few years somebody new seems to be attached to this project, it seems like every time a well build actor is doing well the rumours start to circulate, here is what Hemsworth had to say about the rumour;
"“I can’t play He-Man, it’s pretty much Thor, isn’t it?” he said.
Hemsworth added that after playing Thor is several movies, it has become difficult for him to get certain roles. As a result, he doesn’t expect to be asked to play He-Man, and probably not any villains.
“I’d probably have to make more of an effort to get that kind of role,” he explained."
So there it is people, Thor is already He-Man, so what's the point? I can see where he is coming from an I'm guessing you will too. It's good to finally get some closure on the whole Hemsworth He-Man rumour, but it will only be a matter of months possibly a year before somebody else is rumoured to be heading up the movie.

Dolph Lundgren talks "He-Man"
For God knows how long there has been talk of a He-Man reboot/remake, recently the original live-action He-Man Dolph Lundgren has been talking about who he would like to see He-Man.
"You need somebody who’s well built and charming. And he can deliver a couple of lines of dialogue,” he said. “Channing Tatum? He’s got a naturally athletic body. You need realmuscles, you need somebody who is built.“
When asked if Chris Hemsworth would be right for the role, Lundgren replied: “Yeah! That’s a good idea. I’m onboard."
I agree with the call on Chris Hemsworth to be a possible He-Man, he has that pretty boy look an he is built well. As for Channing Tatum I just don't see it at all, I mean he is just not the man for the job my shortlist for a possible He-Man reboot;

The film was set to release back in November 2010 but was subsequently shelved due to MGM's financial troubles. Anyway, here is the trailer personally I think this film is gonna be incredible.
Sweet Jesus, that Thor dude is getting himself around a lot lately ha. We also have a poster for the upcoming film check it out below.

"Thor 2: The Dark World" spoiler???
WARNING these may be spoilers for the film, read at your own risk. In all realness though, they could just be a huge rumour an amount to nothing.
Well looks like somebody has dropped the ball on the next instalment in the "Thor" movie franchise, a rumour/spoiler has made it's way online that the villains in the next movie are set to be Dark Elves. There has been much speculation on whether or not Thor would visit space due to the goings on in "The Avengers". Well, insight into this speculation was fuelled even more so when reportedly, a stuntman working on the film revealed he had been asked to act like an elf.
"The other day I was working on ‘Thor 2,’” he explained. “I had a load of stunt guys in and the director Alan Taylor) came in and he said ‘Look, we want you all to be elves,’ and I was like ‘What the hell is an elf anyway?’ And he said ‘I want you all to walk around like these supernatural animals.’"
Growing up I never read the Thor comics, so I wasn't at all familiar with this character or story arc. According to many of the fan pages out there, they are speculating that if this was the premise of the new film then the villains could be Dark Elves whom are on Thor's arch-nemesis list.

"The Expendables 2" character posters
It's hard work trying to get people hyped up over this film, the lack of media released is pretty low. But, it's safe to say that I am still pretty excited about it. These character posters are pretty bad ass, I think they will help pump the testosterone an get you all hyped up for this movie.

"The Avengers" Iron Man vs Thor clip

"The Avengers" cameo spoiler revealed
If you're not a fan of spoilers, then leave this page now. This is a HUGE spoiler, not story wise just a cameo. But even if you're slighty tempted, just scroll down you know you want, you know you do!
This is going to be Marvel's biggest film yet without a doubt, not just does it combine all the most famous characters from the Marvel Universe it comes in with a massive $220+ million budget. By the looks of it Joss Whedon is stepping up his game even more so with his potential massive cameo crossover, using a character which most comic fans wouldn't have expected for a few films if ever used.
According to actress Jenny Agutter, "The Avengers" are expecting to have a very surprising encounter with Marvel's greatest ever superhero, that's right your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.
"I’m sworn to secrecy. I wasn’t allowed a script until I got there, and when I did I felt like a complete child being on big sets and a huge parking lot full of Winnebagos"
Agutter went on to say that one of those Winnebagos belonged to Iron Man and another for Spidey himself, this is exactly the excitement we can expect from a Whedeon project. If anybody can pull of two studios together and force a big time cameo from them, it would be Joss Whedon!
