Josh Brolin confirms Batman talks!

Josh Brolin has came out to The Huffington Post that he was up for the role of Batman, in the upcoming Batman vs Superman movie in which the role went to Ben Affleck.

Asked if he had any conversations with Snyder about the role, Brolin said, "We did. I didn't have conversations about it, but Zack, that was part of his idea. It just didn't turn out. It's OK. It is OK. You know, another scenario might have worked better, but I'm happy for Ben."

He was also asked about the reaction to Affleck getting the role: "I've never seen such a global reaction in my life, I feel for him, truly. I would not want to be him right now. The reaction becomes so personal. It's like, 'F*ck this guy, I wish he was dead.' And you're like, 'What? Dude, seriously? This guy is just working like you are. He's doing the same thing you are. He's trying to make the best choices he can... I want him to kick ass and I want everyone to love it and kind of eat their words."

We also found some words from Hugh Jackman about Affleck playing Batman.

"I have a great trainer for Ben," Jackman said. "But Ben is poised to crush it. I’m really happy for him. I’m so happy he got the part. The difficult part of the role is the Bruce Wayne part. I think he will crush it, and I'm really excited to see what he does. He's ready for it. I love Ben—he's super smart, very talented, and he will be around for a long time. I think people are gonna to love it."

Naturally, Affleck's wife Jennifer Garner, who starred opposite him as Elektra in Daredevil and the spin-off, is excited. "I'm excited about Batman, of course," Garner said. "Everything we do, we look at it together, and we say, 'Can we handle this? Can we take this?' And this was one where we were like, 'Let’s go to Michigan!'"

"Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" pushed back

"Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" has took a huge blow this week, the studio has took the films release date back nearly a whole year. The film was set to release this October but has been pushed to November, 2014.

The film will be releasing the same two week period as "Guardians Of The Galaxy", Universals "Dracula" and even "The Expendables 3" too. I've got a feeling the film will be moved again and will be keeping my eyes open an letting you guys know the second I hear anything.

"Gangster Squad" trailer

If you have any interest in American history and or crime within America, then I recommend you check out this trailer. I love the 40's/50's era in American history, plus all the real gangster films likes of "Godfather Trilogy", "Goodfellas" and "Casino". It has been a long time since we had a real gangster film like them, finally we have one. This film has all the makings to go down as a modern great, an incredible story with an equally great cast of actors.

"A chronicle of the Los Angeles Police Department's fight to keep East Coast Mafia out of Los Angeles in the 1940s and 1950s."
