Elton John wants Justin Timberlake for biopic

Elton John is currently working on making a movie about his life, us normal people would probably struggle to pick somebody to portray us in a biopic of out life. But Elton John is always one step ahead, he wants Justin Timberlake to portray him.

"John discussed the project during a recent interview with The LA Times (via The Hollywood Reporter), in which he confirmed that the biopic is “very much in the works” with a (as yet unnamed) director signed on and a script by Billy Elliot scribe Lee Hall. Once the script is “exactly the way we want it,” John said, “then we’ll start trying to cast and plan.” But the fact that casting is still a few steps off isn’t stopping John from naming exactly whom he’d like to see in the film’s biggest role. “I’ve got a wish list of people,” he told the publication. “No. 1 on my wish list is Justin Timberlake, because he played me before in a David LaChapelle video of “Rocket Man” and was superb."

I've never really been a fan of Justin Timberlake myself, but if Elton john wants him to play all credit to him. This isn't the first time Timberlake has portrayed Elton John, Timberlake was in Elton John's video for "This Train Don't Stop There Anymore"
