"The Evil Dead" remake casting news

The remake of "The Evil Dead" is set to begin filming early this year in New Zealand, they are currently casting for the film an new reports have surfaced of the first casting news.

According to reports young British-American actress Lily Collins is in final negotiations to play the role of "Mia" in the remake, the film involves 5 friends visiting a cabin. So additional news should surface over the next few weeks for the 4 other friends, filming is expected to begin in March.
