"Star Trek 2" first set photo's

Hard to believe we're only just getting set photo's from "Star Trek 2" it was nearly two months ago that I blogged saying the film was going into production. Better late than never I guess, the shots seem to show Zoe Saldana wielding some sort of ray-gun and we see Spock doing the famous "Vulcan Grip".
