"Oblivion" and "Pacific Rim" creators set for Futuristic Cop Drama on AMC

The creator behind "Oblivion" Joseph Kosinski and "Pacific Rim" writer Travis Beacham are reportedly teaming up for a new AMC Series. The show is called "Ballistic City", "a former cop thrust into the criminal underworld of a city housed in a generational spaceship destined for an unknown world." The show is inspired from "Chinatown" and "Blade Runner" according to sources.


The show is in development now an the pilot was written by Beacham with Kosinski signed on to direct. The pair will also be down as executive producers on the show, along with Anonymous Content's Steve Golin, Brad Dorros and Michael Sugar. The series is being touted as a companion for "The Walking Dead".

Universal Pictures have blessed us with a new IMAX poster for the upcoming Science Fiction epic "Oblivion". The film releases later this month.

Two new posters for the upcoming Sci-Fi "Oblivion" have made their way online, they are nothing more than just character poster. However, they do show off the severity of the world is in after the alien invasion. Tom Cruise looks pretty bad ass, and the film seems to be shaping up to be a decent Sci-Fi.
