Guy Ritchie and Warner Bros. plan six-film King Arthur franchise

Back in 2010 in when it was announced that Ritchie would helm a new approach to Sherlock Holmes there was rumours surrounding a big screen adaptation into the King Arthur legend. Over the years the film has fell to the wayside, now it seems like interest in the film has took another twist this time they are planning a franchise of that will consist of six films.

Joby Harold has drafted a script for the film which is set to be produced by himself along with Akiva Goldsman, Tory Tunnell and Lionel Wigram.
