"Dark Knight Rises" releases next July, and safe to say I'm extremely excited to see how Tom Hardy portrays the juggernaut that is "Bane". When Hardy was announced as "Bane" I was a little judgemental because of the size of "Bane" in the comics and the recent video games. But Hardy recently stated that he gained about 30 pounds (14kg) of muscle, luckily for me and all you other Batman and movie fans out there, the new "Bane" as (shown below, left) is about 100 times better than the "Bane" from 1997 played by the late Robert Swenson (shown below, right)
